Hi! I'm Maxine, a Boston-based multimedia producer who brings podcasts to life—from recording and editing to scriptwriting and beyond, I’ve got you covered.

Currently, you can find me behind the scenes as the Producer of Be a Good Wheel Podcast, hosted by former elite cyclist Amber Pierce, and as production coordinator at Northeastern University's Shillman Production Studios. I'm the school's go-to podcast expert, supporting audio and video production.

Before NEU, I was a podcast producer and video editor at TrainerRoad where I produced/edited over a hundred episodes across the TrainerRoad network. I've also reported local news stories like this and edited documentaries like this.

I produce and co-host Machete Order, a podcast about TV shows.

I graduated from UConn with a double major in history and journalism. While in college, I even helped out on (you guessed it) this podcast.

The problem with TV is that there's too much TV. That's why we started Machete Order. Each season, we pick a classic TV show and decide which are the top 30 episodes, and the best order to watch them. For anyone who hasn't seen some of the greatest TV shows of all time, this is the podcast for you.

Producer - Be a Good Wheel Podcast
Jan. 24- Present

The show that explores what it means to Be A Good Wheel through the lens of performance, potential, and the wholeness of human experience. As the show's sole producer, I provide end-to-end production including script collaboration, AV support, episode mixing and editing, distribution, and creating video clips for social media.

Production Coordinator - Northeastern University
Aug. 2023 - Present

I'm the College of Arts, Media, and Design's podcast aficionado, supporting podcast production across the college and beyond. I teach technical workshops (audio production, video editing, and more) and manage a team of 6 student employees within Shillman Studios.

Podcast Producer - TrainerRoad
Nov. 2020 - Aug. 2023

I led the production of all podcasts under the TrainerRoad network from ideation to execution, providing live sound mixing, audio/video editing, and creative direction.

Plus, managed all post-production work including assembling raw footage, creating motion graphics, sound editing/mixing, etc.
